這首歌受到大家的喜愛就是因為比起一些責備對方的歌曲

這首反而是打開心胸的面對自己也有的錯誤

*1  surrender:

     投降、放棄。

     可以當(n)或(v)用。這裡"sweet surrender"意思有點抽象..

     像是"為愛屈服"(在這比較偏這個意思)或是甜蜜的負荷

     失焦的小小星球 翻譯成"離開你的方法"(翻得很美)

     不過我自己是沒有查到有分手的意思啦

     所以是個保留的問題哈哈

*2  going through the motions:

     go through有通過、經歷的意思。

     motion當可數名詞時的意思是動作、姿態；

     當不可數名詞時意思則是(物體)運動/移動、(天體)運行

     不過查了一下後發現going through the motions也是個片語!

     有敷衍了事、裝裝樣子的意思

     所以...我也不知道歌詞這裡代表什麼(笑)

     畢竟那邊應該是講Ed不知道怎麼處理他們之間的一切(在這裡敷衍不好啊

     照字面講還比較順呵

*3  Put your faith in my stomach:

     這句怪到有歌迷在tweet上直接問Ed了XD

     Ed回應: trust my gut  action on something(有些事情上請你相信我的直覺)

     順便補充3個和stomach有關的片語嘿嘿，都靠想像力就可以理解嚕~

     (1) butterflies in your stomach  蝴蝶在胃裡飛飛飛~→感到緊張

     (2) turn one's stomach  扭轉某人的胃→感到反胃、倒胃口

     (3) eyes bigger than your stomach  眼睛看的比胃還大→吃不下了還硬塞(貪心)

*4  devotion:

     奉獻、忠誠、(對宗教)虔誠

*5  intertwined:

     intertwine過去式，意思是糾纏
